The house is in the Old Town part of Kalkan, amongst the beautiful old traditional houses and quaint narrow streets. Just a one minute walk will take you to the very centre where you will find an abundance of shops, galleries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and other facilities. No taxis needed! The town beach and harbour are just a minute or two further.

The house will sleep 5 people comfortably and has a private swimming pool. The roof terrace offers fantastic views and a great place for an early evening drink in the sunset or al-fresco dining. The house is stylishly furnished through out and well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a great holiday. The house offers accommodation over three floors comprising: Ground floor: Lounge/Dining room with open fire place with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for self catering. The ground floor has a separate lavatory and utility area. First Floor: Two double bedrooms each with private balcony. The first double bedroom has en-suite shower. The third bedroom offers single accommodation with private balcony. There is a second shower room available. The Roof Terrace: Has beautiful views of the Old Town, the harbour, Kalkan and Frenk Bays. The terrace has a kitchenette with fridge for enjoying a cool drink on the roof terrace, which is furnished with sofas, dining area and umbrella. There is also a storage/utility room.
