This spacious 4 bedroomed villa is set in a prime position on the hillside overlooking the picturesque fishing village of Kalkan on the West Coast (the turquoise coast) You enter villa Kira through a beautiful decorative door straight into the living area, which is very spacious and tiled throughout. It is furnished to a high standard, which includes some traditional features including a working fireplace and Turkish rugs, which generate a very homely, feel. You also have satellite TV, DVD player and a CD radio if you require further entertainment. This leads you to the dining area where the centrepoint is a large hand made marble/wrought iron table which seats 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. There is also a full size ironing board and iron. Off the kitchen area is a large shower room/WC, which is very convenient when outside by the pool. From the dining area you cannot fail to miss the marble staircase leading you to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a very spacious landing, which leads you to 3 of the bedrooms. There is one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms with king size beds, which have their own private balcony with hand made wrought iron/marble table and chairs which take in the views over the bay. The master bedroom comes complete with its own en-suite, the other bedrooms have the use of a large shower room with a Jacuzzi. So there are 3 bathrooms in total, so you will never have to queue. On the second floor you will find the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and a hand made rocker cots for infants. This room is ideal for children, as it’s slightly smaller (For children’s safety all windows and doors to the roof terrace are lockable). We have also fitted for your safety and security 2 smoke detectors and a wall safe. The roof terrace is our favourite place, unhindered sun. This area is the full size of the Villa, and is very private and extremely hot. The views are outstanding, mountains to one side and behind, the other you can see beautiful Patara Beach in the distance and to the front a panoramic view of Kalkan, a beautiful way to chill out of an evening with a glass of wine or two.
