The Villa is divided into three completely self contained luxury apartments available individually or which can be booked together for larger groups or families.

All three apartments are furnished and equipped to a very high standard and are used regularly by ourselves and our family. They each have their own roof terrace or veranda or private patio, and share the use of the small pool and the garden terrace. The apartments can be booked separately or together, and are ideal for the extended family or friends holidaying as a group.

The villa is situated on the hillside just above the delightful village of Kalkan with spectacular views over Turkey’s Turquoise Mediterranean coast. It is a 10 minute walk down to the village.

Each apartment is fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and air conditioning in each bedroom.

Garden Apartment

• Entrance through shaded terrace
• 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin
• Fully equipped kitchen – own small patio off kitchen for dining and access to pool, plus inside dining area
• Sitting room
• Bathroom with bath, shower, w.c, wash basin
• Cloak room with w.c and wash basin
• Sole use of Vine Terrace subject to allowing access to pool
• Shared use of Pool area with Veranda and Rooftop apartments.

Veranda Apartment

• Light, airy and spacious with spectacular views.
• 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twins – one with en suite shower room.
• Family bathroom with bath, shower, w.c., wash basin.
• Cloak room with w.c., wash basin.
• Sitting room with dining area.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dining veranda off – Mediterranean views of bay, islands, mountains.
• Shared use of Pool area with Garden and Rooftop Veranda apartments.

Rooftop Apartment
The Rooftop apartment was added in 2003 and has a separate access from the road. It consists of:-

• Twin bedroom
• En suite bathroom with bath, shower over, wc, wash basin
• Large lounge overlooking Kalkan, the bay and islands
• Fully equipped kitchen complete.
• Large roof terrace with spectacular views, furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers
• Cloakroom with wc and wash basin
• Shared use of Pool area with Garden and Veranda apartments
