Completed in December 2004 to our specification this wonderful large villa offers complete comfort for your family and friends, Located just a few meters from the sea in Kalamar Bay, Konak has a fantastic outlook over the bay and Snake island.

The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, is fully air conditioned and has a its own private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sitting room, large downstairs kitchen and dining room. The roof terrace, where you may have most of your meals, has its own small kitchen for you to prepare your food and drinks.

Towels and linen included, property cleaned and linen changed twice a week. The property is managed by our local company giving you nothing to worry about once you step off the plane. You must bring your own beach towels as apartment towels cannot be taken out.
