A luxury spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa with its own private pool, set in a peaceful, beautiful location surrounded by landscaped gardens within walking distance of Kalkan, 200m from beach clubs and Kalkan Dive Centre, Villa Elsa also offers fabulous views of Kalamar Bay and its mountains.

Indoor Details:

The entrance to the villa leads you into a light and airy open plan lounge and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen. For your entertainment the cosy lounge area, has satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full compliment of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. On the ground floor there is a utility room incorporating a washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities and there is also a shower room.

A marble staircase takes you up to the first floor which has two en suite bedrooms, one double the other twin, both with balconies and dressing areas. On this floor there is also a door leading onto a small shady garden with a pergola and swingseat . On the top floor you will find the master bedroom and dressing area, with an en suite bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is also a small kitchenette opening onto a spacious terrace offering comfortable seating and fantastic panoramic views over the bay.

Outdoor Details:

The 7m x 4m pool, which has roman steps for easy access or for sitting on to cool down, can be floodlit at night. Swimming accessories are also provided for additional relaxation/fun. Dotted around the pool area are terracotta pots overflowing with pretty and colourful flowers. The landscaped gardens to the front, back and sides offer an array of colour and scent which enhance the peaceful ambience.

A safe is provided for additional security.
Twice weekly maid service and linen change.

Pool cleaned daily.

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 8 weeks of departure date A refundable security deposit of £200 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the Villa keys to the agent providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the villa inventory.
